Easy-to-prepare healthy Rava Upma
        Rava Upma is one of the healthiest breakfast options. It is low in calories, yummy to taste and boots energy.

                Ingredients
- 4 tsp Rava
 - 1 medium-size Onion (chopped)
 - 1 small Tomato (chopped)
 - 1 small Carrot (chopped)
 - 1/2 Capsicum (chopped)
 - 1 tsp Methi Seeds
 - 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
 - 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
 - 2 Green Chillies
 - Salt to taste
 - 5 Curry leaves
 - Coriander leaves and Lemon (to garnish)
 
Instructions
- Saute the rava in a pan for 1 minute. Do not add ghee or oil while sautéing and then keep it aside.
 - Add 1 to 2 tsp of oil in a kadhai and put half tsp of cumin seeds and mustard seeds and 1 tsp of methi seeds.
 - Add green chillies to it, followed by chopped onion, tomato, carrot, capsicum and sauté them all together till they become brown in colour.
 - Add the sautéed rava in the cooked vegetables, then add water to it so that it gets cooked. Add salt to taste and allow it to cook for 2 minutes.
 - Squeeze lemon and garnish it with coriander leaves before serving.

You can prepare coriander or coconut chutney to serve along with this dish.
