Ready to prepare Millet Appam?
A refreshing breakfast and snacks option, Millet Appam is light on your tummy but it is quite appealing for your taste buds.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Millet Flour
- 1/2 Onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 Tomato (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsb Bottle Gourd (grated)
- 2 tsb Capsicum (chopped)
- 1 tsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of Turmeric powder
- Green Chilli
- Water as required
Instructions
- Take millet atta in a bowl. Add all the vegetables to the atta.
- Add water as per the requirement to get a liquid consistency. Add salt, turmeric powder and green chillies to the batter.
- Grease the appam pan with oil and heat it. Pour the batter into appam pan.
- Cook the appams from both the side till golden brown.

Serve it hot with green chutney.
