How to prepare Whole Green Moong Dhokla

Traditionally a Gujarati dish, dhokla is a perfect snacks option. However, we decided to give this dish a healthy twist with our own version of Whole Green Moong Dhokla. Try it at home!

Instructions

  1. Make batter for dhokla with whole green moong flour by adding ginger and green chutney paste followed by buttermilk and let it stay for 30 minutes.
  2. Add onion, salt and pepper to the batter. Take a dish and grease it slightly with little oil.
  3. Add the mixture in the dish and steam it for 20-25 minutes. Granish coriander leaves before serving.

Recipe Notes

Serve it hot with green chutney.
