Vitamins-rich Red Salad
Red Salad is healthy, filling and rich in vitamins A and C. While red cabbage can prevent immature aging and improve skin and eye health, pomegranate is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, and improves digestion.

Ingredients
- 100 gms Red Cabbage (finely chopped)
- 50 gms Pomegranate
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the sliced red cabbage along with pomegranate seeds
- Add the lime juice, pepper and salt and mix well. Your salad is ready!
