Instructions

  1. Finely chop the mint leaves. Blend tomatoes with 250 ml chilled water to make a puree.
  2. Strain the puree. Add remaining 250 ml of chilled water, salt, pepper powder and sugar-free.
  3. Chill the shorbha. Serve it chilled with chopped mint leaves.
