Tangy, Refreshing Cucumber-Kiwi Cooler
The tangy Cucumber-Kiwi cooler is refreshing and energising in the hot weather. Both kiwi and cucumber are high in water content. Plus, this drink is rich in antioxidants, vitamin C and fibre. So, beat the summer heat in style!

Ingredients
- 150 gms Cucumber (1 1/2 medium)
- 30 gms Green Grapes (seedless)
- 30 gms Fresh Mint Leaves
- 30 gms Kiwi
- 1 gm Stevia Powder
- 1 Lime
Instructions
- Place the cucumbers, grapes, kiwi, mint, lime juice, and water in a blender and blend until it is smooth.
- Place a fine-mesh strainer over a large bowl, pour the puree through the strainer into the bowl.
- Press on the pulp to extract as much juice as possible. Discard the pulp.
- Add Stevia powder to the juice extract.
- Chill for at least an hour before serving.
