  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and place cabbage leaves in it. Remove the leaves as they soften and leave it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook and stir the onion until softened and translucent, about 2 minutes then add tomatoes
  3. Stir together. Later add ground chicken, garlic, salt and pepper
  4. Place mixture in the centre of each cabbage leaf. Roll the leaf and tuck ends in to enclose. Place rolls in a baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 C until the chicken mix in the rolls is no longer pink, for about 8-10 minutes. Serve hot.
