  1. Heat olive oil in a kadhai and add chopped garlic.
  2. Then add red, yellow, green bell pepper. When slightly cooked, add onions.
  3. When onions turn pink add mushrooms, tomatoes and broccoli. Saute for a while and add little water.
  4. Then add salt, pepper powder, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder and lime juice. Let it cook for a while and turn down the flame.
