Ingredients
For the salad
- 50 gms Babycorn
- 50 gms Capsicum
- 50 gms Cucumber
- 50 gms Zucchini
- 50 gms Green Bell Pepper
For the dressing
- 2 tsp Lime Juice
- 1/4 tsp Stevia Powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
For the dressing
- Mix all the dressing ingredients together and keep it aside for 1 hour.
For the salad
- Chop the vegetables finely. Add the dressing to the chopped vegetables Mix well.Chill in the refrigerator. Serve cold.
