Ingredients
- 2 litres Water
- 1/2 grapefruit sliced
- 1/2 Cucumber sliced
- 2-3 Mint Leaves
- 1/2 Lemon sliced
Instructions
- Combine them all into a bottle or pitcher
- Add ice cubes and refrigerate for 2 hours
- Drink all day, replace every 24 hours!
