Protein-rich Egg Paratha
Egg paratha is an easy breakfast, lunch or dinner recipe. Rich in protein, it is a soft and delicious meal. Serve it with mint-coriander chutney or have it with a cup of hot chai!

Ingredients
- 1 Egg white
- 4 tsp (20 gms) Wheat Flour
- 1/4 (25 gms) Capsicum (medium size)
- 1 Green Chilli
- 1/4 (20 gms) Onion (finely chopped)
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Oil (5 ml)
Instructions
- Prepare roti out of wheat flour
- Roast the roti from one side
- Beat the egg whites, add capsicum, green chilli, onion, salt and pepper
- Heat the pan, grease it with oil and place the roti
- Pour the egg mixture on the roti, flip the roti and cook well
- Serve with chutney
