Easy-to-cook Protein Palak Soup

Palak or spinach, as we know, is full of protein. With this easy-to-prepare Protein Palak Soup, you can meet your body's nutritional requirements as it is loaded with veggies.

Ingredients

Soup Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Palak (stalk removed & leaves finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Butter

Instructions

  1. Mix dudhi, cabbage, capsicum and dal except for spinach and lemon in a pressure cooker with 3 cups water and give 4-5 whistle.
  2. Once the pressure cooker is cool, blend the vegetables with water to make a puree.
  3. Sieve the puree through a soup strainer add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Keep the soup aside.
  4. In a frying pan, take 1 tsp butter and add spinach to sauté. Sauté for 2-3 minutes and add the soup. Boil the soup and serve it hot.
