How to prepare Paneer Dressing?
This innovative recipe is an excellent supply of protein and gives your boring salad a unique touch. It is yummy and healthy and perfect for those on diet.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Homemade Paneer (Made from 1/2 litre low-fat skimmed milk)
- 1/2 Green Chilli (de-seeded)
- 1/4 cup Skimmed Milk
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 3 tsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Make paneer from skimmed milk but do not strain the paneer.
- Churn the paneer along with the whey and all other ingredients in a mixer, till it becomes smooth.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hrs before use. Note: This dressing is very thin when made but becomes thick once chilled.
