Let's prepare Open Atta Sandwiches
Open Atta Sandwiches are loved by both young and old alike. It is quick, yummy and healthy! Here's our version of Open Atta Sandwiches.

Ingredients
- 8 tsp Wheat Flour
- 1 cup Methi Leaves (chopped)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
- 2 Green Chillies
- Salt to taste
- Coriander (chopped)
Instructions
- Take the wheat flour and mix it with methi leaves, onion, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, green chillies and salt.
- Add some water to make a soft dough.
- Place it in sandwich maker. Cook till gets crispy.
Recipe Notes
Serve it with mint and coriander chutney.
