Oats Apple Phirni
Oats are a great source of beta-glucan which is known for lowering cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Apple is loaded with vitamins. Oats Apple Phirni is easy to make and a tasty dessert that is low in calories as well – just 148 calories in 1 small bowl!

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Oats
- 1/4 small Apple
- 2 half Walnuts
- 1/2 cup Low-fat milk
- 2 gm Stevia Powder
Instructions
- Heat the milk in a deep non-stick pan and bring it to a boil
- Add the oats, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously (add water if required)
- Remove from the flame, add the stevia, mix well and keep aside to cool slightly.
- Add the grated apple and chopped walnuts mix well and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes
- Serve chilled.
