  1. Mix all the ingredients together. Bind them together with the help of little water to form a stiff dough. Cut them into small pieces or any other shape you desire.
  2. Steam those dough pieces for 10 minutes and then roast them on a pan until golden brown. Place them on a tissue paper to get rid of excess oil if any.

Serve warm as a stand-alone dish or with some fresh mint chutney.
