Prepare delicious Muthia at home
Originally a Gujarati dish, muthias are super tasty and healthy. They can be a great snacks option that you can indulge into without much guilt.

Ingredients
- 12 tsp Besan Flour
- 2 tsp Onion (chopped)
- 2 tsp Capsicum (chopped)
- 2 tsp Cabbage (chopped)
- 3 tsp Methi Leaves (chopped)
- 1 tsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 small Green Chilli (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Jeera Powder
- 1/4 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Rice Bran Oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together. Bind them together with the help of little water to form a stiff dough. Cut them into small pieces or any other shape you desire.
- Steam those dough pieces for 10 minutes and then roast them on a pan until golden brown. Place them on a tissue paper to get rid of excess oil if any.

Serve warm as a stand-alone dish or with some fresh mint chutney.
