Ingredients
- 8 tsp Millet Flour
- 1 cup Capsicum, Cabbage, Carrort, Onion (shredded, steamed and half-cooked
- 1/4 cup Tomato puree
- 1/4 cup Broccoli puree
- 1 tsp Dahi
- 2 tsp Oil
- Salt, Chili Powder and Oregano to taste
Instructions
- Add water to millet flour; prepare millet chillas/ pudas on a non-stick pan.
- Mix the vegetables and add salt, chilli powder as per taste. Mix the purees and dahi, add little salt.
- Spread this paste on the millet chilla, put a layer of vegetables and roll them like wraps.
- Alternatively you can serve the puree at the side to dip the burittos, and not spread inside the chilla.
- Cut into pieces, heat in a microwave and serve warm.
