Masala Pumpkin
Pumpkins can be yummy too! Yes, you read that right. Masala Pumpkin is a great option for those days when you don't want to put in too much effort in your kitchen, yet don't want to compromise on health.

Ingredients
- 50 gms Pumpkin
- 1/4 tsp Meethi Seeds
- 1 pinch Hing
- 1 Green Chili
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Few Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add methi seeds, hing, green chillies and pumpkin and mix well.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger and mix.
- Add little water, cover and cook on low flame for few minutes.
- Add sugar, lemon juice and coriander leaves.
- Cover and cook on low flame for about 10-15 minutes till the pumpkin is soft. Mash the pumpkin gently.
