Haemoglobin-boosting Black Raisin Salad
Crunchy Black Raisin Salad improves haemoglobin, boosts immunity and detoxifies the body. It is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, so this salad is good for kids.

Ingredients
- 2-3 no. of Lettuce Leaves
- 2-3 no. of Red Cabbage leaves
- 25 gms black raisins
- 4-5 no. of Walnuts
- Lemon Juice (as per taste)
- 1 tbsp Flaxseeds (roasted)
- Black Salt (as per taste)
- Salt (as per taste)
- 1 no. of Green Chilli (finely chopped)
- A few mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Break the lettuce & red cabbage leaves into small pieces
- Wash raisins, drain and squeeze out the excess water and add to the leaves
- Crush the walnuts; add it to the mixture
- In a separate bowl, combine lemon juice, black salt, salt & green chilli
- Just before serving add the dressing to the salad and toss
- Serve garnished with the remaining mint leaves and flaxseeds
