- 1 no Lemon
- 1 no Apple
- 1 cup (150 ml) Green tea (chilled)
- 1 tsp Chia seeds (soaked for 10 minutes)
- Artificial sweetener
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients and blend them in a blender until you get the desired consistency
- Add a few ice cubes and drink it cold
