Ingredients
- 2 medium size Strawberries or
- 1/2 medium size Apple or
- 1/2 Pomegranate
- 6 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tsp Chia seeds (soaked for 10 minutes)
- 1/2 cup of Coconut water
- Sweetener (optional)
Instructions
- Add 30 ml water to your blender followed by the remaining ingredients
- Blend until the smoothie turns creamy. Serve it cold
