Prepare Egg White Salad

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs White
- 1/2 small Onion
- 1/2 small Cucumber
- 4 big Lettuce Leaves
- 1/2 Pepper Powder
- 1.5 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Boil the eggs and separate the egg white. Cut the egg whites into cubes. Wash and clean all the veggies.
- Roughly chop the lettuce leaves. Chop cucumber and onion in cubes.
- In a bowl, mix all the chopped vegetable with egg whites. Put lemon juice, salt and pepper powder and mix well. Serve immediately.
