Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pear barley
- 4 cups Water
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp Honey
- Lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Boil water and barley grains in a saucepan on a low flame for 30 minutes
- Add salt, honey and lemon juice to taste
- Strain into a glass, refrigerate for 30 mins
- Sip in the goodness!
