Healthy Crunchy Salad
This Crunchy Salad recipe proves to be a very healthy option for those suffering from acidity, cholesterol, diabetes and high blood pressure levels.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Argula Lettuce (shredded)
- 2 cups Iceberg Lettuce (torn)
- 1 cup Bean Sprouts (cleaned)
- 4 Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Vinegar/Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Spring Onions (chopped)
- 1 tsp Rock Salt
- 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
Instructions
- Mix the argula, iceberg lettuce and bean sprouts in a bowl. Put some ice water in the bowl and keep in the refrigerator.
- Just before serving, drain the argula, iceberg and bean sprouts. Add the cherry tomatoes and place in a serving bowl. Pour the dressing on top.
