Crunchy, Low-calorie Apple Custard

Ingredients
- 3 tsp Custard powder
- 150 ml Low-fat milk
- 3-4 drops of Stevia
- 1/2 medium size Apple
Instructions
- Take custard powder in a bowl add 2 tbsp milk to this and mix until it forms a smooth mix.
- Take the remaining milk in a saucepan and heat it.
- When it begins to boil reduce the heat and slowly add the custard mixed milk. Keep stirring continuously so that lumps are not formed.
- Cook on low heat with constant stirring for about 3-5 minutes. The custard milk will thicken, and the raw flavour disappears.
- Switch off and add the stevia drops. Let it cool in the refrigerator.
- Peel the apple and cut it into cubes. Add to the custard and mix lightly.
