Carrot & Black Grape Juice
Carrot and Black Grape juice is high in potassium. This helps to balance the high sodium levels during high blood pressure, thus maintaining normal blood pressure.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Carrots cubed
- 5 Black grapes
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- A few cubes of ice
Instructions
- Combine the carrot cubes and black grapes and blend it in a blender
- Add 1 tsp of lemon juice to it and mix it well
- Add some ice cubes and serve immediately
