Let's prepare Barley Upma
Barley Upma may sound a little unique to you, but it is a very healthy and tasty option. You can create your own version also by adding as many vegetables as you want. Here's our version of Barley Upma.

Ingredients
- 3 tsp Barley Atta
- 1 Spring Onion (chopped)
- 1 Tomato (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Water
- Salt to taste
- Few Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- Roast barley atta for a while. Add water, salt and chopped veggies together and mix it well.
- Wait till it is properly cooked. Serve it hot and garnish with coriander leaves.
