                - 30 gm fresh pineapple (diced)
- 200 gm lauki
- 1 tbsp flaxseed powder
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- Rock salt to taste

    Instructions
    
                - Blend the pineapple pieces, lauki and ginger in a mixture to get fresh pineapple juice
- Strain it to remove any residues
- Add rock salt, lime juice and flaxseed powder
- Serve fresh, topped with ice cubes
