- 25 gms Whole Green Moong Atta
- 1 tbsp Besan
- 75 gms Dudhi
- 1 Carrot
- 30 gms Cabbage
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper Powder (a pinch)

Instructions
- Grate dudhi, carrot and cabbage. Add the grated veggies into the atta. Mix well add salt, black pepper powder and water.
- Make the muthiya and steam it in steamer. Serve it hot with green chutney.
