- 4 tsp Whole Green Moong Flour
- 1/2 tsp Ginger and Green Chilli Paste
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 small Onion
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 glass Buttermilk

Instructions
- Make batter for dhokla with whole green moong flour by adding ginger and green chutney paste followed by buttermilk and let it stay for 30 minutes.
- Add onion, salt and pepper to the batter. Take a dish and grease it slightly with little oil.
- Add the mixture in the dish and steam it for 20-25 minutes. Granish coriander leaves before serving.

Serve it hot with green chutney.
