Ingredients
- 30 gms Bran/Millet Flour
- 15 gms Wheat Flour only if you are using Bran flour
- 1 tsp Flax Seed Powder
- 1 small cup Red Cabbage
- 1 small cup Tomatoes
- 1 small cup Capsicum red,yellow and green
- 1 small cup Lettuce chopped
- 1 small cup Spring Onions
- 1 small cup Tindli chopped
- 2 tsp Coriander+Mint Chutney already prepared
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
- Water as required

Instructions
- Knead the dough using Bran(and wheat atta) or millet flour and adequate amount of water and keep it aside.
- Now finely chop all the vegetables. In pan heat oil and saute all the vegetable except lettuce.
- Once vegetables are cooked add salt and pepper powder, lemon juice and mix.
- Make roti out of the dough and roast it evenly.
- Spread green chutney on roti, put chopped lettuce and sauted veggies to top, wrap it like a frankie and serve hot.
