Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Dudhi (roughly chopped)
- 3 Mushrooms
- 8 floret of Broccoli and Cauliflower
- 1/4 cup Carrots (roughly chopped)
- 2 basil leaves
- 2 inches of Celery Sticks
- 2 inches of Leek Sticks
- Leaves of Cauliflower
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 100 ml Skimmed Milk

Instructions
- Boil all the ingredients in a pressure cooker with sufficient amount of water.
- Add black pepper powder and salt to taste. Garnish it with mint and coriander leaves, if necessary.
- To enrich the soup one can add 100 ml of skimmed milk. Also one can grind and strain this soup for consumption.
