- 100 gms Low-fat curd
- 2 gms Stevia Powder
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 1/2 gms Chia seeds

Instructions
- Peel and deseed the guavas
- Add the chopped guavas, curd, 1/2 cup of chilled water in a blender and blend it smooth
- Remove in a glass, add stevia powder and soaked chia seeds and serve chilled
