- 4 nos Tomatoes
- 1/2 bunch Spinach
- 2 nos Onion
- 2 tbsp Chana Dal
- 1 tsp Pepper Powder
- Tobasco Sauce (as per taste)
- Lime (to taste)
- Salt (as per taste)

Instructions
- Soak Chana dal for half an hour
- Wash the vegetables in tap water
- Boil spinach, chana dal and all vegetables together in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes. After cooling, separate vegetables from stock and blend
- Add the stock to the vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes
- Sieve the soup to remove the hard skin
- Add salt, pepper, tobasco sauce and lime as per taste
- Serve hot with whole wheat garlic sticks
