Instructions
- Blanch tomatoes and remove the skin. Then make its puree in a blender.
- Heat 1/2 tsp of oil in a pot. Add finely chopped garlic and onion. Sauté for some time.
- Now, add the pureed tomato and some water to make soup.
- Add salt as per taste and bring it to boil.
- Beat the egg white in a bowl and pour into the boiling soup. Keep stirring it continuously.
- Serve it hot with drizzle of lime juice. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
