Ingredients
- 1 cup Red Bell Peppers chopped
- 1 cup Green Bell Peppers chopped
- 1 cup Yellow Bell Peppers chopped
- 1 cup Mushrooms chopped
- 1 cup Onions chopped in cubes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
- Red Chilli
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder

Instructions
- Heat oil in the pan. Add to it chopped garlic, red chilli followed by onion, bell peppers and mushrooms.
- Saute all the ingredients on high flame. After a while, turn down the flame and, add salt, mixed herbs and pepper powder.
- Toss the ingredients again and serve hot.
