Ingredients
- 1 cup Mini Soya granules
- 1 medium-size Onion cut in small pieces
- 2 Tomatoes cut in small pieces
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 small Cloves
- 1 Cardamon
- 1 small Cinnamon Stick
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Ginger (grated)
- 2 small Garlic Pods
- A few coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- A few drops of lemon juice

Instructions
- Soak the soya granules in warm water for few minutes till they soften. Drain and squeeze out the excess water from the soya granules.
- In a pan add ½ tsp of oil and shallow fry the soya granules for few minutes. Once done keep thme aside.
- Take ginger, garlic, onion and tomato pieces in a mixer and grind to a fine paste with the help of some water.
- Now take a pan, add ½ teaspoons of oil, followed by ½ tsp of mustard seeds. Then add the bay leaf, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon. Fry for few seconds.
- Then add the tomato and onion paste to it and some salt. Cook for ten minutes. Stir in between.
- Add the coriander and chili powder. Fry for 30 seconds. Then add the mini soya granules; let the soya get well soaked in the masala.
- Add some water and let the gravy simmer to get the desired consistency. Finally add the garam masala powder, tomato paste, lemon juice and necessary salt.
- Let it simmer for another five minutes. Finally add the chopped coriander leaves.
