- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 2 Green Chillies
- 2 Tomatoes (chopped)
- Few Spinach Leaves (chopped)
- 3 Egg Whites
- 3 tsp Wheat Flour
- 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Beat eggs well. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Prepare the batter and heat a pan in the meanwhile.
- Spread little oil on the pan and pour the batter on it. Cook on both sides.
