Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 bunch Palak boiled and grind coarsely
- 1/2 tsp Jeera
- 1 whole Tomato grated
- 1 whole Onion chopped
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Dhaniya Powder
- 1/2 tsp Jeera Powder
- 1/2 tsp Haldi Powder

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadhai. Put jeera and wait till they start crackling.
- Add onion, tomatoes and palak. Then add red chili powder, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, haldi powder and salt
- Allow it to cook properly.
Recipe Notes
The dish tastes best when served hot with rotis.
