- 20 gms Tomatoes
- 20 gms Bottle Gourd
- 25 gms Drumsticks
- 15 gms Capsicum
- 10 gms French Beans
- 15 gms Mushrooms
- 1 tsp Husk
- 1/2 tsp White Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Methi and Jeera Seeds
- 5 Curry leaves
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Oil

Instructions
- Boil all the vegetables in the pressure cooker. In a non-stick pan, put oil and then add methi seeds, jeera, curry leaves and garlic for tadka.
- Then add the boiled vegetables into it and then add white pepper, coriander powder and salt to taste.
- Add 2 glasses of water into it and simmer it for about 10 minutes and then add husk for thickening.
- Stir it for 2 minutes. Serve it in a bowl with mint leaves and coriander leaves on top.
