- 4 tsp Millet Flour
- 1 glass Buttermilk (low fat)
- 1/2 cup Onion (chopped)
- 1 Green Chilli
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Mix millet flour in buttermilk. Add salt and keep it aside for 2 hours to ferment.
- After 2 hours, cook the mixture on the flame for few minutes and add chopped onions and green chilies. Serve hot.
