Ingredients
- 6 tsp Sprouted Matki
- 1 small Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 medium Tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1 tsp Amchur Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chill Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Tamarind pulp
- 1 tsp Oil
- A pinch of Hing
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Steam the matki sprouts or boil them.
- Heat oil in a vessel then add a pinch of asafoetida to it. Add green chilli paste cook it for 15; add onions to it.
- Sauté until it turns soft and add tomatoes to it and cook for 5 minutes. Then add red chilli powder and turmeric powder to it.
- Now add matki sprouts to it and add 1 cup water to it. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Then add garam masala and salt to it and let it cook for 5 minutes. Add tamarind pulp and some coriander to garnish. Serve it hot.
