Ingredients
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Water
- 400 gms Chickpeasd (boiled)
- 1/2 cup Plain Yoghurt
- 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
- In a food processor combine all the ingredients together. Blend well. Add salt and blend to a smooth and creamy dip.
- If hummus is too thick, add a little bit of the bolied chickpeas water – about a teaspoon at a time.
- Other ways to thin out hummus is by using warm water or olive oil.
