Ingredients
- 1 bunch Methi
- 8-10 cloves of garlic (make a paste)
- 1-2 Green Chillies (make a paste)
- 1 small Onion
- 1/2 small Tomato
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp pinch of turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
- A pinch of Hing
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- Add garlic, green chillies paste, onion, tomato and turmeric powder. Let it cook well
- Add methi leaves, salt, mustard seeds and hing, and let cook on low flame for some time
- Keep stirring. Once methi is cooked, cook it on full flame for little while and serve it hot
