- 75 gms Gawar
- 10 cloves of garlic
- 5 Green Cillies
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 4 tsp Oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Boil gawar, drain water and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and green chillies paste.
- Cook for some time and then add ½ cup water and salt.
- Then add gawar followed by coriander powder and cook on low flame for few minutes.
