- 1/2 cup Soya milk (natural flavoured unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground roasted flaxseed)

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in a blender, and pulse for approximately 10-15 seconds
- If you're going to drink it immediately, add three ice cubes to chill and drink
