Ingredients
- 1 bowl Curd low fat
- 5 no. of Curry leaves
- 1 no. of Green Chilli
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Rock Salt
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 tsp Ginger grated
- A pinch of Hing

Instructions
- Grind rock salt and green chilly in a mixer.
- Take one bowl of curd and mix it in water and convert it into a running consistency.
- Heat some oil and add curry leaves, mustard seeds and ginger.
- Once it splutters, add the curd mixture followed by turmeric powder.
- Cook for 1-2 minute and then serve.
