- 1/2 tsp Butter
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 Tomato (blanched)
- Tabasco Sauce to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Take ½ tsp butter. Add chopped onions and cook them until golden brown. Add water. Boil for some time and then strain the water.
- In this stock, add Tabasco, pepper and add the paste of blanched tomato. Serve hot.
