Instructions
- Pressure cook chicken in 1 and a half cup of water with salt
- Strain the stock and shred the chicken and keep it aside
- Heat 1/2 tsp of oil in a pan, add finely chopped garlic and onion. Sauté till it turns pink, add chicken stock and bring it to boil.
- Add the shredded chicken, salt, pepper powder, vinegar and soy sauce. Simmer it for 5 mins and serve hot.
