- 4 nos Raw almonds
- 1 cup Apple (chopped)
- 1 tsp Flaxseed (roasted)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in a blender, and pulse for approximately 10-15 seconds
- If you're going to drink it immediately, add three ice cubes to chill and drink
